16 Months & counting

. 23 lbs . 31.5 in .

so I've officially decided to end the "blank months & counting" ... I will do it until 18 months and then after that I'm going to switch to years. who knows how many months is 16 anyway? I pretty much just tell people she is a year and a half. I'll start back up with the next baby, but this is just my fore warning so you don't think I forgot {for those that even care}

whats new?

well....

we had a fun tea date with BB & MawMaw who came to visit us earlier this month
{bb reading a book to clo}
{just a bunch a girls who love tea}
{MawMaw was sharing her cheerios}
then we had a couple of visits to the zoo, where Clover actually noticed the animals for the first time!
{twinsies!}
we had a fun group date to a chris tomlin concert
{this was the only pic of us on our date, we are awesome}
{our God is greater....}
and a impromptu day at the beach
{this was the best face Clo would give us, yes I said the best}
{i love them<3}
on the news front... we had an ultrasound and appointment to see Clover's urologist yesterday. After a wonderful hour long wait we finally got into the ultrasound room where Clover screamed bloody murder so it took the ultrasound tech another hour just to get good pictures of her kidneys {she wasn't hurting, she just remembers too much about the surgery, we think, poor baby} before we FINALLY made our way to her doctor ... {phew}
he gave us the all clear, things look good for now
future plans involve one more ultrasound right before we move, probably in July, a urologist in Atlanta that our doctor actually has a connection with {praise the Lord!}, and we'll be doing ultrasounds once a year for about 4 years and then we'll stop. This is of course as long as she doesn't get any bladder infection, which so far we have seen no sight of!

as for me...
I am now 28 + weeks into my pregnancy and into my third trimester with what seems like tremendous speed!
{no not a shadow of a beached whale, that would be me}
I have been seeing a specialist doctor because of my past with Clover, and baby girl is doing great. No kidney problems. Although the doc did tell me it looks like Im going to have a chunk-o ... {gee thanks} and because of that chunk I have to do a 3 hour glucose test just to be sure I don't have gestational diabetes {again, does he hate me?}
for those who don't know about this lovely 3 hr test, pretty much I can't eat all morning while they draw blood every hour for about 3 hours. yay me!

between Clover and I we have about 4 doctors that it seems like we are seeing every other week! {praise God for PPO's and great insurance!} Also another praise, sometimes you hear these awful stories about doctors treating people awful or not caring, but the Lord has provided amazing doctors for both Clover and I who are so kind and willing to answer any questions. They've even asked us to call to let them know how certain procedures go. We see them so much, I feel there is a deeper bond than just patient/doctor, they are like family! They have been there for the hardest trials we've gone through. Im going to miss them when we move, but even after we move, they've asked us to keep in contact so they know how we are doing! God is so good!

okay thats the end of my passionate rant!
easter update to come....I know your excited ;)
